Refund and Returns Policy

At Cracked Media, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process subject to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at admin@cracked-media.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide instructions and a return authorization if your item qualifies
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect

We recommend retaining proof of shipment until your return is processed.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the matter, either by issuing a refund.


7. International Returns

At this time, we only accept returns from orders shipped within the United States. International orders are final sale unless the item is defective or incorrect.
